General Terms
- A 50% Deposit will be due with-in 5 days to confirm and secure your reservation made, and the balance of the accommodation will be due on arrival as well as a separate R1000.00 Key & Breakage Deposit (we will request to do a manual imprint of your credit card which will be destroyed again after the chalet keys have been returned and housekeeping has checked the chalet after your departure).
- Our tariffs are seasonal, per night, per chalet and including breakfast.
- Payment: Visa, Master Card, Diners Card, Amex Card accepted
- EFT: Banking details will be provided
- Cash: Accepted
- Cancellation: Half the deposit will be refunded if written notice has been received 42 days prior to arrival date.
- Arrival: After 14h00 to 20h00 (week days), and 14h00 to 16h30 (Sat, Sun or Public Holidays).
- Departure: By 10h00
- Please advise Reception if arrival will be after 20h00 or departure prior to 08h00 so that arrangements can be made in regards to your chalet keys.
